I've owned a wooden watch before and I was a bit skeptical because I found the watch from the particular brand I had to be bulky, heavy, and just plainly not breathable. I barely used it when I still had it, so I was going back and forth about purchasing from Narra. But I love their advocacy, and I read the reviews about the watch being light with the barely-there feeling. I didn't really need any proof that the watches are beautiful because the pictures on here are proof enough. When I got my Anilao watch though, and started wearing it, I seriously could barely feel it on my wrist. I like how it doesn't scratch my laptop too when I lay my hand over the palm rests. I love how you can customize the number of links. I'm a big girl and regular women's watches do not fit the way I like them to, and the owner was gracious enough to entertain my requests. I am getting another Narra watch soon 100%.

I bought this Tubbataha in Olive and Blue wooden watch because I love the understated classy look of the watch. The blue pearl dial works beautifully with the light color of the olive wood. On top of all that, it's locally made! When I first opened my package, the seconds hand seemed to have come off. Thank goodness for the Narra Watches team because within minutes of reaching out to them on IG to express my concern, they immediately assured me that they would arrange a replacement for the item. The next day, they replaced the item without any hassle. I greatly appreciate the team's quick response and I am very satisfied and impressed with my new watch. Thank you! :)

I love the watches! I fell in love with the package as it was made of bamboo. The Thank you note was apparently a nice sort of technology where you can rip it into pieces and plant! The watch itself was amazing! It was light: (which I truly appreciated), and it came with your own tool to adjust the watch. As someone who's striving to be more environmentally conscious with my purchases, I did my research before buying and I can say I love everything about the product as well as the advocacy of the company! Will definitely order again and would HIGHLY RECOMMEND!

I admit I was skeptic before I got the watch, naturally because this is my first time buying from this brand. So here's my experience.
Transaction - very smooth. Different options to pay for your items.
Delivery - paid for the item late afternoon of the 28th (Friday), I got the item on the 31st (Monday).
Packaging - there's little bubble wrap but I dont think it was necessary since the box is made of wood. I love the engraved brand on the box. Very smooth edges and doesn't smell weird.
What's in the box:
1. the watch of course on a watch pillow
2. watch tool thingy (for adjusting the watch fit on your wrist)
3. silica gel and thin foam to probably prevent the watch from scratches.
The watch:
1. very very light, I'm afraid I'll forget I'm wearing it.
2. the clasp took me a while to get used to as it's a push button deployant (not sure this is the correct term though).
3. the strap is as advertised made of wood as well as the lugs and case. the strap size is too big for me. i tried to adjust it but the pins are too tough for me. I'll just bring this to a professional watch guy to avoid breaking it.
4. the face is looks like shimering pearl
5. i love the rose gold hands ( i got the anilao).
Overall, I love everything about this watch! Excellent craftsmanship, well done Narra!

First of all, the staff is very accommodating and answered all my inquiries. The product itself is very worth it! I was thrilled to receive the item that I purchase and when I finally received it, I was fascinated by its design, simplicity, elegance and every detail of the watch. I loveeee the packaging, very eco-friendly and perfect packaging for a present and it comes with a pillow watch and a tool to remove the links just in case it's too big for your wrist. The watch is lightweight, classy and suits every fashion style. Very good purchase for nature too! I'm planning to give it to my boyfriend, I'm pretty sure he'll like it!
